How long in advance should I place my enquiry?

To avoid disappointment, we would recommend that you place the enquiry at least 3 days in advance.

Can I use my own reusable cups?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide reusable cups for cup to-go. However, we would recommed you getting our canisters where you have the option to use your own cups.

How do I place an order?

You will have to first fill up the enquiry form and our team will get in contact with you within 24 hours for the confirmation and payment details.

Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 72 hours before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:

• Cancellation made 48 hours prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
