Terms and Conditions
• Minimum delivery waiting time: 45 to 90 minutes. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you but a delay is to be expected depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. weather conditions, traffic conditions, changing of orders).
• Please proceed for payment to confirm your order only after we have sent the receipt for verification.
• PopeJai shall not be held liable or responsible for proceeding to prepare the order in accordance with the confirmed order. We shall be responsible to replace or refund an order which was prepared order in accordance with the confirmed order.
• Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
• Available from 11 AM - 9 PM daily including public holidays.
• There is a minimum spending of $20 with a $5 delivery fee. Free delivery for orders $80 and above.
• Extra charges apply for delivery to Tuas, Sentosa and Jurong Island.

How do I order?
You may order through our website at www.popejai.com/delivery or alternatively call or WhatsApp 9642 4539 to order.
Can I place an advanced order?
Yes, you may order 1 day in advance.
How do I make payment?
You may make payment through PayNow (UEN:201605524H) only. After which, screeshot the payment confirmation and send it through WhatsApp @ 9642 4539 to confirm your order.
Is there a minimum purchase?
For island wide: Yes, there is a minimum purchase of $20, excluding delivery charges.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
A confirmation notification will be sent via WhatsApp for an accepted order after payment is received.
What are your operating hours?
We deliver from 11am to 9pm daily, including public holidays.
When should I make payment?
Payment is to be made within 10 minutes after placing order. Screenshot and completed payment to 9642 4539 for order confirmation.
Can I add onto my order?
You may call us at 9642 4539 to add an order within the buffer time of 15 minutes. Any time after that, your order will be processed and no changes can be made after that.
Can I add in special requests for my order? (e.g. No onions, etc)

Is there a delivery charge?
For island wide: There is a $5 delivery charge (extra charges for certain areas). Free delivery is provided for orders $80 and above.
Can I opt for contact-free deliver?
Yes, you may indicate on the ordering form. We will place the order outside your location and notify you once your order has arrived.
What if I’m not around when the delivery has arrived?
What is the estimated waiting time for my food to arrive?
The estimated waiting time is 45 to 60 minutes. Delay is to be expected during rainy days.
How long can I keep the food?
The food is best consumed 2 hours from the time you received your food.
What if I did not receive my order/ my order is late in an hour?
