Terms and Conditions

  1. Our delivery policy only delivers to the door for residential addresses. For a commercial building, please make arrangement for food collection at the drop off point.

  2. Our earliest delivery slot is 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

  3. Minimum delivery waiting time: 60 to 90 minutes. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you but a delay is to be expected depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. weather conditions, traffic conditions, changing of orders).

  4. Please proceed with payment to confirm your order only after we have sent the receipt for verification. 

  5. PJ Group shall not be held liable or responsible for proceeding to prepare the order in accordance with the confirmed order. We shall be responsible to replace or refund an order which was prepared order in accordance with the confirmed order. 

  6. Available from 11 AM - 9 PM daily including public holidays.

  7. There is a minimum spending of $20 with an $8 delivery fee. Free delivery for orders $100 and above.

  8. Extra charges apply for delivery to Tuas, Sentosa, and Jurong Island.

  9. While stocks last.

  10. PJ Group reserves the right to make changes and amendments in the terms and conditions, without prior notice.

Can I place an advanced order?

Yes, you may order up to a week in advance.

How do I make payment?

We accept payment through PayNow only. The payment details will be provided by our customer service via WhatsApp.

Is there a minimum purchase?

For island wide: Yes, there is a minimum purchase of $20, excluding delivery charges.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

A confirmation notification will be sent via WhatsApp for an accepted order after payment is received.

What are your operating hours?

We deliver from 11am to 9pm daily, including public holidays.

When should I make payment?

Payment is to be made after we have sent the receipt via WhatsApp with the payment details.

Can I add onto my order?

You may call us at 9642 4539 to add an order within the buffer time of 15 minutes. Any time after that, your order will be processed and no changes can be made after that.

Can I add in special requests for my order? (e.g. No onions, etc)

Yes, you can indicate your request upon ordering. However, it may differ from dish to dish.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed after payment has been made and the order has been confirmed.


Is there a delivery charge?

For island wide: There is a $8 delivery charge (extra charges for Tuas, Sentosa & Jurong Island). Free delivery is provided for orders $100 and above (extra charges for Tuas, Sentosa & Jurong Island).

What if I’m not around when the delivery has arrived?

If we can’t contact you and are unable to deliver the order, we will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you will still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.

What is the estimated waiting time for my food to arrive?

The estimated waiting time is 60 - 90 minutes. Delay is to be expected during rainy days.

How long can I keep the food?

The food is best consumed 2 hours from the time you received your food.

What if I did not receive my order/ my order is late in an hour?
